Phetsta burst onto the Drum & Bass scene in 2005 when he signed exclusively to the legendary Simon Bassline Smith’s imprint Technique Recordings.

In 2008 he released From My Eyes, which received significant Radio 1 support from Annie Mac. and held onto a top ten position on Drum ‘n’ Bass Arena for eight weeks straight. Phetsta also teamed up with fellow Perth based producer Shock One to unleash the award winning (PDMA Track of the Year 2008) single The Sun.
The duo also collaborated with London based Metrik on the dance floor tear out True Believer which featured on Shock One’s self titled extended player on Viper Recordings.

2009 proved successful again with Phetsta & Shock One’s Cyclones gaining daytime rotation on Australia’s Triple J, including a top three placing on Super Request.
Phetsta’s DJ skills have seen him tour both nationally and overseas, including two eight week long sell out tours of Europe and one in The United States.
